Remodeled 2,185 square foot home located in the Parkwood Subdivision in San Antonio, TX. For this remodeling project, we leveled the foundation, made extensive drywall repairs, scraped popcorn ceilings, and added prime and paint throughout. We also added all new doors, updated lighting, updated floors, new texture, and new plumbing fixtures.

In the kitchen, we raised the cabinet over range, removed outdated recessed fluorescents and added recessed can lights, painted existing cabinetry, added granite counters, and updated tile backsplash.

Bathrooms received new tubs, updated tub surround, granite counters, painted cabinetry, and new lighting. The master bath also got a new framed mirror. 

The exterior of the home got new fences and gates, a new entry door, new roofing, and new paint. Lastly, we repaired damaged soffits and fascia.
